" I feel like my life has passed through several phases—each with its own unique and beautiful experiences and gifts. I have been blessed with many amazing opportunities and have been able to be on the transforming edge of new health and holistic programs my entire working life. I enjoy hiking and swimming, time with friends, and the relationship with my husband who I have known since I was in high school. My favorite vacation spot is on Washington Island in Door County Wisconsin—which we have enjoyed for many years, and have experienced the rich fall colors and the cabin in the woods on a lake. I have often done yoga there, with a view of the lake and the sound of the waves rolling in."
